Wonderful Experience!
excellent service cute staff clean room fabulous location
I found the service to be excellent. The staff was cute and helpful. The room was particularly cosy, clean, and beautiful. I certainly appreciated the location, so quiet and fabulous. I will definitely be coming back.

attentive staff high standard central location broken phone early closure turned away people
the staff were attentive to details. my room were cleaned to a high standard daily. the hotel has a central location, i did find it easy to access attractions.
the room phone didn't worked . the bar closed early at 11:05 pm, even for residents. i think that a number of people were turned away at the bar that night.

nice welcome superb experience
The doormen, Andrew and Brett, gave us a nice welcome! The Mews suite offered beautiful views of the courtyard. I sampled meals from the room service menu. The cauliflower steak was a stand-out dish. The American bar's cocktails provided a superb experience. I suggest taking it easy on the 'One Fall All'.
The bar got quite packed around 5 p.m., even for residents. Securing a table proved difficult despite my being a hotel guest.

decent experience with some drawbacks
comfortable bed friendly staff convenient dining cold room noisy environment loud binmen
the room was clean the bed was comfortable i also appreciated the location it was near the park. the staff was great they helped with directions. dining on the premises was convenient i found several good options.
the room i booked was an old stable room in the courtyard it was quite cold. it was also noisy i could hear the alarm clock going off in a nearby room. the bin men were very loud in the morning.

FANTASTIC experience
super clean room quick passageway
I had a VERY good time at this hotel. The housekeeping staff maintained the room super clean every day. I used the secret passageway to Green Park. It PROVED a QUICK way to catch the underground.
